This one-step vegan smoothie is sweet, orangey, and delicious.
MAKES: 1 1/2 cups(1 serving)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1 very ripe medium banana
- 4 pitted dates
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons strained fresh orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure almond or vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
