INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp each salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Stir together coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, salt and pepper.
