  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together wine, oil, herbes de Provence, vinegar, garlic, shallot, salt, and pepper.
