  • 2.5 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Xanthan Gum

Pork Rind Crust:

  • 0.5 oz. Pork Rinds
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. De-stem the Brussels sprouts and halve them.
