Despite its lighter profile, this turkey loaf doesn’t compromise on taste. Packed with flavor and moistness, it is sure to please your taste buds and leave you feeling nourished. Ground turkey serves as the base for this recipe, providing a lean and protein-rich alternative to beef. Combined with a variety of flavorful ingredients, this turkey meat loaf is a standout dish that will become a family favorite.

To create this delightful turkey meat loaf, you’ll need ground turkey, chopped onion, egg substitute, quick-cooking oats, onion soup mix, liquid smoke, dry mustard, and low-sodium ketchup. The chopped onion adds a subtle sweetness and texture, while the egg substitute and oats help bind the loaf together and provide moisture. The onion soup mix contributes a savory and aromatic flavor, while the liquid smoke and dry mustard add depth and a hint of smokiness. The low-sodium ketchup not only enhances the taste but also adds a tangy and slightly sweet glaze to the top of the meat loaf.

Preparing the Turkey Meat Loaf is a simple process that involves thoroughly mixing the ground turkey and chopped onion. Once combined, add the egg substitute, oats, onion soup mix, liquid smoke, dry mustard, and most of the low-sodium ketchup. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a slow cooker that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
