  • Rice vinegar, half a cup
  • Boneless chicken breast cubes, one cup
  • Garlic powder, one tablespoon
  • Onion powder, one tablespoon
  • White pepper, to taste
  • Cold water, a few drops
  • All-purpose flour, a quarter cup
  • Baking powder, a quarter teaspoon
  • Baking soda, a quarter teaspoon
  • Cornstarch, three tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Minced ginger, one teaspoon
  • Pineapple chunks, two cups
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnishing
  • Red bell pepper, one cup
  • Red onion, one cup
  • Green bell pepper, one cup
  • Sesame oil, two tablespoons

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, salt, and a few drops of cold water. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well and set aside.
