  • 1 cup Boneless chicken breast cubes

  • Salt, to taste
  • A few drops of Cold water
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 tsp Minced ginger
  • 2 cups Teriyaki sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnishing)
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the boneless chicken breast cubes, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, salt, and a few drops of cold water. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.
