STRAWBERRY-VANILLA SMOOTHIE

This high-fiber, protein-rich smoothie tastes like strawberry ice cream.

MAKES: 3 1/2 CUPS (ABOUT 3 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/4 cups plain unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 cup raw old-fashioned or quick oats
  • 6 pitted dates (or a few tablespoons agave nectar)
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (such as rice or pea)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. BLEND all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until relatively smooth, about 40 seconds.
