MAKES: ABOUT 5 CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups hulled fresh strawberries, preferably local
- 2 cups plain unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- 3 large ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- ADD all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- PUREE the ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute.
