INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1-1/2 cups low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups whole-wheat spaghetti

 

INSTRUCTIONS:
