INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 heaping cup (270 g) Cashew Cream (1 batch) (can substitute for 1 cup [240 g] store-bought vegan sour cream, nut-free and/or soy-free if needed)
  • 2 tbsp (16 g) dried minced onion, plus more for topping
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped green onion, for topping

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Cashew Cream, dried minced onion, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Serve the dip topped with chopped green onion and more dried minced onion.
