INGREDIENTS:
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sliced scallions, white and green parts
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients: cooked and crumbled bacon, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sliced scallions.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the dip is heated through.
- Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the dip hot, and enjoy!
