Sour Bacon Fat Bomb Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sliced scallions, white and green parts

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients: cooked and crumbled bacon, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sliced scallions.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the dip is heated through.
  5. Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the dip hot, and enjoy!
