Savory Coco Bacon Fat Bombs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 strips cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 tsp bacon fat
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Splenda (or sweetener of choice), to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, combine the crumbled bacon, cream cheese, butter, bacon fat, coconut oil, and Splenda.
  2. Melt the mixture slowly in the microwave until smooth, stirring occasionally to ensure even melting.
  3. Set aside some crumbled bacon for garnishing later.
  4. Pour the mixture into a dish or pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the dish or pan in the freezer and let it firm up for about 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Before serving, remove the dish from the freezer and sprinkle the top with the reserved crumbled bacon.
  7. Slice the frozen mixture into desired portions and serve.
