VARIATIONS:

  • Roasted Shrimp with Mint Sauce: Use all mint or half mint and half parsley instead of using just parsley in the herb mixture.

  • Roasted Shrimp in Herb Sauce, Indian Style: Swap the parsley for cilantro. Add 1 tablespoon of curry powder to the mixture in the food processor in Step 1.

TIPS:

  • On a Seafood Platter: Create an impressive seafood platter by serving the Roasted Shrimp alongside other seafood delicacies like oysters, crab cakes, or grilled scallops. Add a selection of dipping sauces for an indulgent dining experience.

  • With Herb-Infused Quinoa: For a healthy and wholesome option, serve the Roasted Shrimp over a bed of herb-infused quinoa. The nutty flavors of quinoa will complement the shrimp and herbs beautifully.
