Creamy and sweet, this smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie. If you don’t love nutmeg or ginger, reduce those quantities to one-sixteenth teaspoon

MAKES ABOUT: 4 CUPS (4 Servings)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ADD all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. BLEND until smooth, about 1 minute
