- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

- 450g/1lb raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 125ml/4fl oz plain tomato sauce
- 600ml/1pt béchamel sauce
- 50g/2oz Parmesan cheese, grated
