INGREDIENTS:
- 8 slices smoked pork ham
- 8 oz sausages
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cashews, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a food processor, blend the chopped sausages and cashews until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until soft and creamy.
- Take the sausage mixture and roll it into 12 small balls.
- Using your fingers, form a layer of cream cheese around each sausage ball.
- Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 45-60 minutes to chill and firm up.
- Finely chop the smoked pork ham and spread it out on a plate.
- Remove the sausage and cream cheese balls from the refrigerator. Roll each ball in the chopped smoked pork ham until coated evenly.
- Place the coated balls on a serving dish and serve.
