INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (13.8-ounce) can of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry, blueberry, or apple pie filling
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup cold butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches the diameter of your pizza pan. Place the rolled dough in the pan and form it to the edges of the pan.
  3. Brush the pizza dough with vegetable oil and prick it with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
  4. Prebake the pizza dough in the oven for 3 minutes, then remove it from the oven.
  5. Spread the cherry, blueberry, or apple pie filling over the prebaked pizza dough, covering the surface evenly.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, quick oats, cold butter, and cinnamon using a fork or pastry blender. The mixture should resemble coarse crumbs.
  7. Spoon the crumb mixture over the pie filling on the pizza dough.
