The only way to make this frozen yogurt any better is to serve it alongside a piping hot piece of peach pie. Indulge!

INGREDIENTS:  YIELD: 1 QUART

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and chopped
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the peaches and sugar. Stir and allow to macerate at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
  2. After the peaches are ready, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the mixture to an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
