VARIATIONS:

  • Spicy Fillet-O-Fish: Add some heat to your sandwich by adding sliced jalapeños or a spicy sauce like sriracha or chipotle mayo. The spicy kick pairs well with the mildness of the fish and adds an extra layer of flavor.
  • Deluxe Fillet-O-Fish: Enhance the sandwich by adding lettuce, tomato, and pickles for a fresh and crunchy element. This variation adds more texture and a burst of freshness to the classic Fillet-O-Fish.
  • Fillet-O-Fish Wrap: Instead of using a bun, wrap the fish fillet, tartar sauce, and any additional toppings in a soft tortilla or lettuce wrap. This variation is lighter and a great option for those looking for a low-carb or gluten-free alternative.
  • Fillet-O-Fish Sliders: Make mini versions of the sandwich by using smaller buns or slider rolls. This is a fun option for parties or gatherings and allows guests to enjoy bite-sized versions of the Fillet-O-Fish.
  • Asian-inspired Fillet-O-Fish: Give the sandwich an Asian twist by adding ingredients like pickled ginger, wasabi mayo, or a drizzle of teriyaki sauce. These flavors add a unique twist to the traditional Fillet-O-Fish and create an exciting fusion of flavors.
