PREPARATION TIME: 40 Minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil (room temp)
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. erythritol or Swerve
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 12 macadamia nuts
  • Pinch of salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Line a small container with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture into the container and use a spatula to spread it thin and evenly along the bottom. It is recommended to use a container no bigger than 4×6 inches.
  3. Place the macadamia nuts in the chocolate mixture. You can arrange them systematically or create fun shapes. Sprinkle a pinch of salt lightly all over.
  4. Place the container in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  5. Remove the container from the freezer and cut the chocolate into 6 even squares.
