INSTRUCTIONS

Let’s embark on the journey to prepare lobster:

Boiling Lobster:

  1. Fill a large pot with enough water to fully submerge the lobsters. Add a generous amount of sea salt to the water; it should taste like seawater. Bring the water to a rolling boil.
  2. Grasp each lobster firmly, keeping the claws away from your body, and gently place them headfirst into the boiling water. Cover the pot immediately.
