  • 1 x 280g De Costi Prawns with Lemon & Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 packet of spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • Baby rocket, to serve
  • Fresh basil and sliced lemon, to serve
  • Salt and pepper, to season

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the oil in a small non-stick pan over a medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the De Costi Prawns to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Then, introduce the lemon & garlic butter to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  3. Add the cooked prawns and their flavorful butter to the cooked pasta, gently mixing them together.
  4. Toss a generous handful of baby rocket into the pasta mixture, incorporating it for a burst of freshness.
  5. To finish, garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves, sliced lemon, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to season.
