- 2 tbsps all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 lb. feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 1 cube chicken bouillon (crumbled)
- 2 C. loosely packed torn fresh spinach leaves
- 1 ripe tomato (chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine the dried oregano, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh lemon juice. Mix them well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of water, crumbled chicken bouillon, and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Stir until the bouillon and flour are dissolved in the water.
- Season the chicken breast halves with black pepper, salt, and the remaining tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Then, fold each piece and secure it with a toothpick.
