Fire-roasted salsa is a vibrant and flavorful condiment that adds a smoky and charred twist to traditional salsa. It is made by charring fresh ingredients like tomatoes, onions, peppers, and garlic over an open flame or under the broiler until they develop a delicious roasted flavor and slight char marks. The charred ingredients are then blended together with spices, herbs, and lime juice to create a rich and aromatic salsa. The fire-roasting process adds depth and complexity to the salsa, giving it a unique and irresistible taste. Whether served with tortilla chips, used as a topping for tacos or grilled meats, or incorporated into other dishes, fire-roasted salsa brings a delightful smokiness and tang to any meal.
