  • ¼ cup fennel seeds
  • ¼ cup kosher salt or coarse sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons dried red bell pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
