INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Eggplant Preparation: Place eggplant slices in a large bowl and pour tamari and nondairy milk over them. Ensure even coating by turning the slices. Set aside.
  2. Coating Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine chickpea flour, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic granules, onion granules, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well and set aside.
