INGREDIENTS: YIELD: 1 QUART
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup brownie mix
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup frozen brownies, cut into ½ cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place everything but the frozen brownies into a blender, and process until completely smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 4 hours.
- Add the mixture to an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
- Just before storing, fold in the frozen brownie cubes.
