  • 4 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 red onions, sliced

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chicken Preparation:

    1. In a pan of water, add the chicken breast and bay leaves. Cook for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
    2. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the chicken to a bowl and allow it to cool. Once cooled, shred the chicken using two forks.

Sauce Creation:
