CHERRY-LIME COCONUT SMOOTHIE

In this colorful smoothie, fresh lime juice adds a hint of tartness to balance out the sweet cherries. Coconut milk supplies richness and creaminess.

MAKES: 4 CUPS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound frozen sweet cherries
  • 13.5-ounce can coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
  • Scant 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, strained

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ADD all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. PUREE until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. SERVE immediately.
