In this colorful smoothie, fresh lime juice adds a hint of tartness to balance out the sweet cherries. Coconut milk supplies richness and creaminess.
MAKES: 4 CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound frozen sweet cherries
- 13.5-ounce can coconut milk (full-fat)
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
- Scant 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, strained
INSTRUCTIONS:
- ADD all of the ingredients to a blender.
- PUREE until smooth, about 1 minute.
- SERVE immediately.
