INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup sour cream
- ⅔ cup caramelized onions, chopped fine
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- ¾ teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
