Cake batter is a guilty pleasure. Now you can enjoy it with pride in this delicious ice cream.

INGREDIENTS:  YIELD: 1 QUART

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup yellow cake mix (or your favorite variety)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place everything into a blender and process until completely smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  2. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
