INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 7 tablespoons of hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 pounds of chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of minced green onion
  • 3 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper to create a flavorful sauce.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them well to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  4. Spread the minced green onions and coated cauliflower in a baking dish, ensuring an even layer.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, allowing the cauliflower to become tender and slightly caramelized.
