  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1½ teaspoons oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

 

PREPARATION:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the mushrooms, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, 4 cups of water, pearl barley, low-sodium vegetable broth, Worcestershire sauce, basil, parsley, dill weed, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
