This smoothie melds coffee, coconut, chocolate, and banana
MAKES ABOUT: 5 CUPS (4 TO 5 SERVINGS)
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups plain unsweetened coconut milk beverage (not canned)
- 2 1/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas (about 3 large)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- ADD all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- BLEND until smooth, about 1 minute.
- SERVE immediately.
