- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pound medium-size peeled shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup thin-sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups cooked linguine or spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons diced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS:
