  • ¼ cup (10 g) fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup (65 g) chopped roasted cashews
  • ½ cup (28 g) chow mein noodles (crunchy variety) (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tbsp (9 g) toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup (120 ml) Peanut Vinaigrette or store-bought (gluten-free and/or soy-free if needed)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:
