INSTRUCTIONS

  • Transfer the processed pea mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if using.

2. Shape the Croquettes:

  • Take small portions of the pea mixture and shape them into oval or cylindrical croquettes, about 2 inches in length. You can adjust the size based on your preference.

3. Coat the Croquettes:

  • Dip each croquette into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.

4. Fry the Croquettes:
