The Blondie Brownies at Applebee’s are known for their irresistible taste and satisfying sweetness. The blondie brownies themselves are made with a blend of flour, baking powder, and baking soda, giving them a soft and chewy texture. Chopped walnuts are added to the batter, providing a delightful nutty crunch and enhancing the overall flavor profile.
What sets these blondie brownies apart is the decadent maple cream cheese sauce that is drizzled over the top. The sauce is made by melting butter and combining it with maple syrup and brown sugar, creating a luscious caramel-like glaze. The mixture is then blended with softened cream cheese and maple extract, resulting in a creamy and smooth topping that complements the brownies perfectly.
