INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter using a hand mixer, whisk, or food processor. Beat in the eggs and mashed bananas until well combined.
