INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth

  • 2 cups seitan, diced
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

  1. In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine all the ingredients listed above. This includes the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, sliced okra, corn, frozen lima beans, diced seitan, dried rosemary, dried oregano, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
